Play Button (again)

hello,

i'm still having problems with launching the game.
when im using mozilla firefox, there is no play button at all. in internet explorer there is a play button, but when i press it nothing happens.

i've tried every single possible solution posted on this forum:

- uninstall 4game program and reinstall it
- uninstall and reinstall visual + 2008 programs
- delete cookies and temp internet files
- installed cc cleaner
- deactivate virusscanner and put exceptions
- deactivate firewall and put exceptions
- delete frost + system folder from l2 folder

its so weird, cause 2 days ago everything was working...

pls help me, im running out of options.

edit: i've also tried to stop/restart the 4game program in services...
