Error "Can not resolve hostname"

idid it:
if you have an error like "can not resolve hostname", you should do next actions:

be sure that dns-client is switched on in windows.
press windows-r key combination. (this is the button with a windows logo on it)
type in "%windir%\system32\services.msc" (without quotes).
find a "dns-client" service in the window at the right. check it for being turned on and working.
go to start - run (windows xp) or find programs and files (windows vista, windows 7) - type in "cmd" (without quotes).
type in appeared window "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) and press enter.
reboot your pc and try to launch the game.
and i still get the same problem... but if i leave "dns-client" on, and i do log in, i get "response from the certification server has been delayed. please try again later" i press confirm and game closes.
what should i do next? maby something wrong with my ports, can someone help me how to repair my ports for this server.

 

i was trying everything few days and solution is:
1. download dnscleanup.rar
2. unzip and double-click on .bat file.
it's now have everything working.

1 time helped me dnscleanup.rar. and now i always get this: "response from the certification server has been delayed. please try again later" i press confirm and game closes. no mater dns is on or of, i always get this one...

 

i have the same problem. really don't know what to do... i could play normally two days ago, but now i cant get on site.
