Problems to start the game

hey people i hope you can help me trough this error, on the page where you launch the game, it appears to me "update" button i click it but it ask me that it need an update, it give me options to do it now or later, whatever i click , i dont get anything just 4game tray icon, and nothing else, while its open i can see that a black window appear and dissappear inmediatly but nothing else happen, so please if someone know how to fix this i will really appreaciate it.

i have done already create path for antivirus, i deleted the frost archives, deleted a cache file hide on game folder as it say on a andriel post, but nothing else worked.

after you click update, close your browser and wait 5 to 10 minutes. after a while on your loader, in the tray icon should appear that client is getting updated.
