Red mobs and ZERO exp???

hi!

does anybody know....?
when hunting red mobs there is no exp/sp?
just for an example.... lvl45 hunting at frozen lab (53+, just don't say, that it's to high, please....) when killing pink mobs, there is exp/sp, but on red mobs there is none...
did notice it yesterday on lower hunting zones, thought it's a minor bug for this location, but now....
a bug? not a bug? why?

a character of level 84 or lower will not gain xp or sp from killing a monster that is 11 or more levels higher or lower than the character’s level. a character of level 85 or higher will receive an xp/sp penalty when hunting monsters that are three or more levels higher or lower than the character’s level. the penalty increases proportionally to the level difference.

stupid thing... but maybe in a case like innova server(s), where 4k+ players are on, it isn't such a bad idea? <shy>

 

when will you understand that innova doesn't modify and make any changes into the game? =\
