its not all the time that its white, if you rotate the camera around you can find which way not to look that makes the screen go white. some areas are completely fine, some are not. i tried uninstall/reinstall, repair, got new drivers, lowered settings to lowest (even though the game ran fine on highest when theres no white) and nothing works.
2 things : either your game missing content and you need to repair it, or you need new video card. try updating video drivers any how, and please post your pc specifications
i am 99% it's your graphic card. there is no solution atm for this. this problem usualy appear in talking island and in some quest dungeons.
your video card cant cope with the requests the application is making. you got old pc, and you probably wont be able to play. sorry.
it's not gamma, as you can see there are contours of 3d rendered objects, just the video card cant process them.
its 9550 the problem. check out game specs. whole range of 9xxx rads can't render the game. in a bit of luck you will find proper driver but i needed a lot of luck to find good drivers for my x1650 to get it up and running (even if it's good card to play). more likely you will have to change your gfx card. sorry, didn't mention that before. game needs pixel shader 3.0 now and that couses all disruption. whole range of 9xxx rads uses shader from 1,4 to 2,0. even x1300 may not be supported by new client (even if it's shader 3,0 card). this way or another this thread should be in technical issues not in general section.
