Blessed Scroll: Enchant Weapon (R-grade) + Lucky Enchant Weapon Stone (FAIL)

if a package label says it contains milk, but it actually contains water that's false information. that's totally different to missing information.

i'm not saying you should google every action but a person could be at least a bit more careful when it comes to things you never did before (clearly you never used a blessed scroll then). for example garambo bought 2 items right away expecting them to work, why not just buy 1 first to try? or even just try to use any blessed scroll (just using so you see the enchant screen) so you could actually see you can't improve the chances on blessed scrolls.

anyways as i said just contact support, tell them the description of the in game item is missing a piece of text and ask them for refund of the items because you wouldn't have bought them if the description wasn't missing the piece of text. seems like a fair reason to get a refund

 

why i didnt buy 1 ? well... i read the info from blessed scroll... (check) after that i found the stone at the l2store... i read so to there the item info (check)... so im a noob... and what i understand: blessed scroll.. my weapon will be not destroyed (cool) lucky stone (the succes rate is increased) (cool) and it should work together.. because nowhere is the info (look my pictures i sended here) that it dont work. so i bought 2

 

there is and update in l2 store, you can now buy some lucky stones for giant ewr :d
you allready have some for normal scrolls and probably never get those for blessed enchants (not sure if they exist)

 

no. if the package label says it contains a stone that raises the enchant success rate, and the stone you get does not raise the enchant success rate (as it does not for him), the information is false. if you insist that it even matters (i disagree) then i could argue that the milk package containing water does not give false information, it only misses the information that you need to give the water to a cow to drink and then milk the cow to get your desired milk.
