Problem with Certification of value quest

as same as in title i have problem with quest:
i took the quest from kamaloka and it sended me to kyuori and he send me to kill 10 mobs in toi after i killed em quest sends you to talk agen whit kyuori and you reward and that where i have problem npc dont want to give me reward it just says :
"you are not either in a quest that invoves this npc or u dont meet this npc minimum quest requirements"

i did that quest two hours ago and i did claim my reward. you are sure that you are doing all as you should ?

 

i have to kill 10 mobs and go back to npc to take rewards for sure also quest tracking showin me to go to npc so what i can do wrong ;/ i had canceled quest and took it one more also have this same problem ...

 

i have exactly same problem. i completed laba for 59, got quest, got 10 quest items. final step is visiting kyuori to receive my reward but it is not possible.

ok now im 100% sure...there is not my mistake with quest and im not only the one at server with this problem

 

there is same problem on ncwest server according to http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?p=3122502 and http://boards.lineage2.com/showthread.php?p=3122191 .

it looks like it is affecting relatively small percentage of players. i was thinking about collisions with some other quests and cancelled most of them but without any result.

 

so we need wait for gms they need make something with it... i tryin pm them but they didnt answer ...

it seems that this issue is ncsoft-side. we need to wait for them to release hot fix.

 

cause of this bug can be known long ago before actual fix will be programmed, translated, delivered to innova and implemented during maintenence.

could you try to contact ncsoft quality assurance section and ask them what is this bug caused by ?

it would be nice knowledge for rest of players + maybe we can alter somethink and make this quest work.

loosing 3kk exp + another by being unable to take following quests is really painfull at this stage of game.

retake it in kama
do it
clap your hands for your reward

our technical team (innova) is informed about any game issue and they have contact with ncsoft.
in this moment we do all what we can.

to this kind of automatic messaging is everybody alergic to nowadays.

look at person who post above you. he is not mod moderator, he is not in contact with ncsoft and yet he was the one with helpfull advice.
as player i dont want to wait weeks (months) for fix, i need to know way to work around it.

scubba thanks you a lot, i have just cancelled quest, did it all over again using 69 laba and i finished it without problem.
(bug was still present after the tuesday maintenence )

so for all future cases, cancel quest, do it again, it works. tested.

which kamas can this quest be taken from? i know about 56/59. how about higher ones?

 

if im right, then its:
oren 56-59, schugard 63-66-69, rune 73.

 

the quest is for lvl 48+.so all kamas after 53 should have that quest.
