white screen on game :/

thats the problem, when i launch the game, i cannot see nothing but the interface, this happen in talking island village (rightnow) the chat and thats things, the rest of the screen (background, character, npcs) i cant see anything, all is white. sometimes i recover the vision.

can u help me please?

 

i have exactly the same problem some zone are white ans others are ok , all drivers and everything is ok , on ncsoft was good to , thx for a reply and help !

 

we can't help you as far as i know. it's your graphic card fault.

 

i use ati radeon x800 gto . how can we go out talking island ? we have zone white we cant do quest

 

i had a friend with this problem. i made lvl 20 for him and after that he plays with no problem ... till now.

 

sharing account registration data is rules violation. just advice

ok but ... my only friend is stuck at "no install bouton"
so i will try others char to visit game start zone to see if the

your card is the problem.
radeon x800 gto using pixel shader 2.0 game needed 3.0

 

yes, the issue is in your outdated graphic card. there is no solution except pc shop...
