Binds reset and keyboard language bug

hi all,
i want to report this weird bug. settings the bind key in the option menu work, but after i exit the game and i relog all my settings are lost and back to the original. for example if i change my first hot bar from f1-f10 to 1-0, when i relog it back to f1-f10. also i noticed that sometimes the in game chat lost my language native keyboard and turn into english keyboard messing up everything (for example the / become & and to use the / i have to press the - and so on).

they aren't high levels bugs but is annoy that everytime i log i have to rebind my keys or restart the game because my keyboard turn into english.

is your game closing correctly, or after exiting the game you have some kind of error / critical ?

 

so i think there is some issue with saving the options.
please try to solve it by switching off an attribute "only read" for l2 folder.
