i'll make it as easy as possible.

#1. i enter the website, i click the play button. l2 loading... frost smth smth starting... l2 is up and running. once i click confirm to enter the character screen, "l2 has encountered a problem" and it shuts down.

#2. i click the play button a 2nd time. i get to the confirm server part. "you are already logged in" l2 shuts down.

#3. i click the play button a 3rd time, to be faced by #1 again.

if im lucky i get in on the 4th or 5th try.

get rid of that ****** web-launcher, get the retail launcher with an l2 that doesn't shut down if you fail to log in.

    also maybe client is damaged.

    1) make a fullcheck of the client. if it doesn't help,...
    2) delete system folder, frost folder, all files from a root directory and made a fullcheck. if it also doesn't help,...
    3) try redownloading the client into another folder (better to another drive). if even this doesn't help,..
    4) please contact support
