mobs disappeared in pailaka

hi, i was inside pailaka for song of ice and fire quest (49-55) when sudenly all mobs and my summon disappeared.
i tryied to tell the gm but he was on block mode and petition unavailable.
what can i do about it?

try to go out, cancel your quest and do it again (dont forget tu destroy your pailaka items before cancelling it)

 

i did and now i cant see even the npc inside to give me the sword and book

 

you took quest first from the npc at gludin ?

 

no, from oren, but even outside the instance when i type /instancezone it says i am at forgoten temple while i am in oren

 

nectarios how could you be in oren and make pailaka? i am confused

 

the npc to enter the first pailaka is also in oren. (if i recall correctly, in oren, he is near the warehouse entrance.)
you can enter it from gludin and from oren without any differences (or at least there shouldn't be any)

this is true actually. to my surprise i took the 1st pailaka from oren too
