What about Premium Accounts? -.-'

i bet that the reason why most of us that came to innova servers was cuz we could exp faster and play a game that we love without having to grind our whole life. but, after the launch you guys have failed to make p.a. work in time so instead you decided to make some troll event wtv.
1 week after, there is still zero information from a moderator about premium accounts, can you please inform you customers? i mean, i want to use something that i should have been using since 1 week and that's still not working nor there is any information about it.

you know that :
- they annonced that it wouldn't be available at start
- you don't have to play since the start
- on us offi server there are better quest to help you level !

be patient and let them do their job...

i don't give a **** about us/ncsoft servers that's why i came to innova. so don't even compare.
1st week ends tomorrow. why there is no info about something that is supposed to come out tomorrow?

first of all, claiming that innova "have failed to make p.a." without any proof from you is very childish. before you make such statements, please provide us any proof as you only make yourself look like a fool spitting such statements without one. you might have noticed that innova has other games running, therefore you might have came to a conclusion that they have some experience and making a pa is not a problem they would need a week to work on, wouldn't they?

second of all, you consider yourself a customer and demand service. that is partially true, but please note that you do not pay (yet) for playing here, therefore you are more of a user than a customer. it doesn't mean that you can't be demanding stuff, but a more polite manner would be a lot more fitting in such a situation instead of airing your childish anger and throwing statements which you cannot possibly prove in any way.

finally, ending any inquiries with a statement like "thanks. i will probably get no answer but well at least i tried." makes you look like a real kid. it's totally unprofessional and gives a very hurtful image of you person.

and yes they did fail to not have p.a. at launch, cuz its a service they have in every single game they run, so if they dont have it here, it's bcuz they failed.

or because they dont want to overcrown a server with everyone dual boxing for start, in order to anticipate and be able to react when pa will be launched ?

 

if one server gets overpopulated due dual-boxing. izi solution: open a new server. there is soulshots lag already here between 17:00 - 22:00 gmt. anyway, if you guys don't have any information about p.a., simply don't reply, i want a moderator answer, not yours.

 

1. then use private messaging or contact support.
2. i have 0 soulshots lags, try to get a broadband connection, or anything > 56k.

koren ur a high lvl innova fanboy. lets make it clear, i like innova team, they have the best ingame gms i have ever seen, they have the best protections against bots, 3rd programs etc, but hey that doesn't mean that they are perfect. and this p.a. is taking too long.
and about the ss lags, happens to every1 except to you and fanboys like u.

obviously the price is a free "no premium account for life" for the 50 highest players by the end of week 1.

ps: also getting lags in the evening. feels like 2-300ms at least, sometimes with ss lag too.
and i'm basicly sitting on the friggin server, at 20ms ping.
