GameGuard Error 153

usualy i dont whine in forum for tech problems , but this one rly annoying me . from time to time like 5 times from 10 i recieve gameguard erorr 153 before enter .. after that when i log next time account is in use , and i have to keep logging and logging and repeat the same circle till error dont apear ..
okay i tryed some things to fix it

1st : delete game guard folder in system and click repair : didnt work
2nd: delete 4 game applc + game fresh new instal : didnt work
3rd: okay seams 2 above dont work tryed to do some research i found this : https://4gameforum.com/showthread.php?t=7014 , i dont have antivurs my firewall is turned off . also this cmd thingy didnt help .

after all this problem still exist.

lookign for some solution pls.

almost peoples got same, try more log in the game, thats only one solution what i know.

 

this error has unknown source atm. i've tried many solution but still unsuccessful. if there will be one, i'll post it,

i have the same problem from time to time and especially during evenings, would be great if staff could give this problem priority.

extremly anoying error , on avarage i have to restart 4-5 times before it fixes itself and lets me login . combined with the random here and there disconnect ... ( raaage )

i have made a fresh installation recently for one of my friends and the game wasn't working at all(error 153 all the time). i had to copy file frostupdate.dll from my system to her system(it wasn't in her system at all), then it started to work.
it's very annoying indeed.

 

its clearly has something to do with peak time, for example now everything is fine.

 

looks like for me this fixed it :

- added these .exes to microsoft security essentials , as exeptions



- deleted gameguard folder in the system folder

sofar works , hope it wont come back ,



edit * nvm , it was fine for a day , problem is back again

is there any news about this problem?
my wife has the same problem. on my pc it works fine.
following i tried to solve it:
- i copied my game folder => no success
- i use the 4game check tool => no success
- i reinstall the complete game => no success
- i delete the gameguard folder => no success
- i disable the norton security suite => no success

sometimes i get an update error from "frost" security tool.
is it possible that "frost" is the reason of this problem?

i tried this also. when i delete the folder i get a poup that frost update is not possible.
i copied my frost folder to the pc from my wife and i get again the error 153.
may be i have to delete also the frost files in the system folder and the frost folder?

 

if simple deleting of frost folder or "frost" button won't help, sorry but you are one of those who got unlucky.... 153/610 is a known problem, and dozen reports already sent to kr, but yet no solution came from the... dunno why and when it will be

 

ok , i tried all logical even nonlogical suggestions on how to fix it , none worked .

but noticed one thing while experimenting . in the past when i pushed restore game , it actually took a bit ( like it was realy checking the files ) . however now when i push restore game , its done in a sec with the "game has been restored " . is this normal ?

 

it looks that i could solve the problem.
i remove over control panel => add or remove programs the 4game launcher and the game.
then i restart the pc to be sure that the deinstallation is complete and install the launcher and game again and now it works.
i test it the last 3 days and it looks good.

 

okay seams is gone for me but i removed old windows 7 whit new windows 8.1 and error didnt apear last 3 days . tbo i dont know if its from the new windows or just confidence but works for me.

 

it's not windows, it is a completely random error occurring on any x64 os, so if you got rid of it, be happy and pray that it did not come back to you))

p.s. since i play on innova servers, i did not have this issue at all, though i always had x64 system... dunno how to get it ))

 

this error is appearing for lots of people all the sudden, quite randomly indeed. i hope you put lots of priority in this
