you have 3 groups of people, "a cannot person" those people use stuff for free but they do not have the opportunity to buy anything in the shop because they don't have money (either they are just children or either they don't have that much money) you have "i can person" they spend a few € / month. and you have "yes, i want it all and i also want an uniform" they buy more they can use. all of those groups are thankful in their own way. in the first group you have active bug-hunters, testers, forum users. in the second group you have people who play and use forums. in the last group you have people who only play. each group is useful for the whole comunity.

they deserve proper answers not some **** written cuz you think you are smarter.

 

if you don't like then go to ncsoft server and fight with bots, players with +++ gear from item shop and op hats. nobody will miss you here.
