Botting- NO!!!

so first second i logged i get this pm:

also bots are talking russian i guess, no clue what they say:

 

they said: lf mentor, inv. good mentee lf mentor and inv mentee! mentor. and you realize the moment you put this post here with the adena sellers you actually doing them a favor by showing their skype... this is why i am against posting those things in forum since forum staff can't really help you while support team can. you are not making the bots commercial and you're actually doing your part in stopping them. posting them in forum will force them to just change the char which they use to pm, since you make this information public. my 2 cents though, but think about it

 

lf any gm's? ` any naswer, can u say something? or ignore it? lf yes many pp lleave this serwer, are u happy?

gms will most likely never check the forum just like last time when there was an invasion of adena sellers, it's best to report any of them on support so they can figure out how they do it and then update frost. they fixed it last time, i'm sure they can again.

ahahaha^^ i know at least 3 of them from varka. gonna spam support later with screenshots, since the ingame alert button is somewhat useless. (6 reports possible. when you have the patience to wait 30 mins after each report...)

i thank you for your work but i have to say you that there are still dwarfs botting in woa and other places.

gms staff must know that botting in server get users very worried and for that we need your fast action.

i was doing a quest in woa when suddenly an army of 10 all same looking dwarfs came and started grinding like mad. it took me 1min to recognize bots. characteristic behavior: they always run towards closest creep, and if a creep changes it's target (if it gets agro from someone) they will stop immediately. i whispered few of them, and i got 0 answers, so here are some screenshots:
