Router issue

1- ask the routers owner to make the needed changes
2- by your own internet connection and do not steal from the neighbours xd

 

it is not my neighbor's but i still do not have access. it's my family's. and why i can play on ncwest and here i can not?

 

frost needs that extra port to be opened, that's why.

 

so i can not play here. finally someone tells me the real problem and difference between ncwest and innova's eu server. they don't have any plans to change this thing, do they? if not, i have wasted my time.

i just asked what is the problem. someone told me something, someone told me something else. the fact is nobody knows the problem or don't want to solve it. why you need to control my computer and search stuff in it? i can tell you all you need to know if you know what the problem might be.

 

ok, icehowler13. i want to solve it (or try to do it)... but not to trust me - your's right. i'm understand it.

you say that lineageii.exe (screen "loading" disappears) so we need to control this process from starting to terminating. and then we can say why it was possible.
i usually use a debugger for this task, but i don't know can you to control it or not

p.s. are you using parental control func in your security software (standard win for example)?

your os is x64 or x86?
can you change 4game registry settings for starting 4gameservice in log-mode?

 

no. and i am using windows xp i see that all users who have this problem are using win xp

radix have big knowledge about problems and solutions. if you want have working l2 eu client just follow his instruction.

 

i see that radix is able to fix a lot of the problems. i'd be happy if you could take a look at mine also i have already posted this in other part of the forums, but since this topic gets a lot of moderators attention maybe you could help me out.

i can't play on this server due to constant disconnections, every few minutes.
few things to mention:
1.i am from poland.
2. my internet is 10mb upc connection (having no problem whatsoever in any other online game etc.).
3. my router is d-link dir-300. i've forwarded several ports that i heard l2 is using: 53,80,2106,2009,7777.
4. my antivirus is avast - i have added 4game and lineage 2 folders to exceptions + cdn.inn.eu / frostsecurity.net to net traffic exceptions.
5. installed leatrix latency fixer.
6. my computer is way above l2 requirements, i used to play aion on global and even skyrim on high details, so it's not question of lags or anything pc related. i have fresh windows and all drivers updated.
7. i've tried in cmd ping -t 109.105.156.11 and it shows 0% packets lost, and normal ping is ~55, no spikes even during dc from server. (yes i left it to check if i lose connection during playing, but no)
8. i'm playing on desktop and my wife is playing from laptop, maybe that would be the issue, but we get dc even when only 1 of us is playing and other computer is shut down.
9. i usually can play in the evenings without any dc.
10. i dont lag in the game, at all, no soulshot lags, anything.

if anyone could help me out and tell what else might need checking or maybe i should do something else about my router please do.

 

samanar, i need more info from you... try to make network packet capture with wireshark from starting the game to exiting after d/c.

 

ok.. problems solved. it was not innova's or router's fault. it was a password steal virus infecting l2 process. managed to get rid of it in 2 days of consultations from radix. thanks :d sorry for disturbing....
