Can't log into the live server

    i played pts once here, and now no matter what i do i can't seem to play on the live server. i even tried to delete the l2 pts folder, but i just got pts again. when i download it said l2 eu but as soon as i clicked play it changed to pts. i went to the the link on the getting started but there is no button that says install for me i dont know what to do.
