microstar scm service is stopped

after i install the game installer lineage2eu_setup-en and do a restart my computer puts my an error "microstar scm service is stopped" and half the things work on my win 7 msi gt70 gaming laptop


i see when i install the launcher it makes something like a windows update why is that ? dose it effects something on my system i really looking forward to play to the server with premium acc plz respond soon because i have a clan with me that will start the server ty hope to hear fast from you
