Changing Game Password

begun:
-created password for game startup
issue:
-cant log in, statement says incorrect password and brings me to change mail, for some reason, yet i cant login even after changing the mail.
-tried to request for new password but the link doesnt do anything.

-basically cant login ingame anymore.

(why the request for password link doesnt work, beats me )

after update:
-received the mail that should help me change the password, but it leads me to a page that says "error 404 the address has been entered incorrectly or the page no longer exists on the website." , tried with copy then paste into browser, different browsers but still the same.
-so still stuck at the last step (linkz)
