Problem with download game

i`m from bulgaria . i download lineage2 eu from https://eu.4game.com/lineage
my network speed is: download - 10 mbps and 2 mbps upload.

and i have problem with download the game

i download average 35% with 35 kb.

 

can you show your
netstat -an
results (windows - run - cmd - ok)?
