PLAY button issues

hi, today i had 2 issue, one was resolved the other still not :

1st : play button didn't appear : download cc cleaner , reboot , etc... it finally appeared

2nd : play button appears, i press play, it seems to launch ( mouse load mode) but nothing happens, the hell ?

lf help asap plz

 

try to turn of your antivirus/firewall and try again

i have problem too.
today morning i made update. i click button and its finish, than when i trying log its "u are currently loggin in" so i go away.
now i wanna play and when i use "play button" i have window with "new version of 4game appplication is available.instal now?"
when i choose "now" nothing is happened(i dont need turn off firewall before but now i turn off him and not working too)

try unistal your 4game app and then go to website and download new one.

 

have same problem with button - did what u say and still same problem - love this sh*ty button

 

i have this problem too.

java updated, 4game updated, exclusions added, firewall deactivated, cookies cleaned, visual c++ reinstaled
