Ingame Mail service

hi.
today my friend bought me an armor in auction house.
he send me it by mail with payment request.
i logged in after that (in town) and i got mail icon, i opened it and there was a information that i can't get items from mail in non-peace zone, additional i don't have this mail in my mailbox, so i have to relogin to get it again...

edit
i solved it.
i reloged a few times, in town till didn't get non-peace zone information,
and group mails by name becuse i had full first site in mailbox, and 2nd site wasn't there,
so by grouping it that mail was first and i could open it.
i think smth wrong with mailbox
