same problem everyday, we "demand" a few premium days from admins

 

server problem seems to be finally solved.
now as pa user i am waiting for a token of good will as apology, as my pa was practically useless for a week. it has to be a good one, because there is no explanation for innova staff's lack of action on this issue for such a long time. i think the rest of community would agree with me on that.

im not agree with u, they had rly hard days u know, many of tickets to respond, not just for lags/spikes, but for "bans" as well.

completely impossible for me to play right now. i've updated the site and tried to log in for about half an hour and the only thing i get is either error 504 or the game jams at "currently logging in" just after the game window has appeared.

i've reset the 4game service by simply killing the process - how do i go about to have it not start automatically?

 

hello, little trick:

if you get this error close this tab open another one and load site again. works pretty often.

i've flagged this issue and hopefully it will be fixed as soon as possible.

appreciate the answer but that just absolutely won't work for me at least. i've most likely refreshed the page 100-200 times today and started the game almost as many times and i always get stuck on "currently logging in" or sometimes the page gives me the 504 error.

i've restarted the router, restarted the computer, changed browsers, updated the game, restarted and reinstalled the 4game software - you name it and it just won't work.

another thing to point out is that it worked after refreshing the page a couple of times yesterday as you said - but not today. glad to hear the problem has been flagged.
