Launcher not working

launcher isn't working.

launcher isn't working after asking for an update.

3. steps needed to reproduce the error.

i downloaded the first 4game launcher and after closing the game and trying to get back it's asking for an update. whatever you click it isn't working.

edit : i downloaded the installer again, it seems to be working.

 

i have this problem too
updatet directx and visual all version and not work

 

i and 3 other friends are getting the same issue

 

uninstall and install launcher 4game , i had this problem but now i play again

 

unless they fixed something thats what helped in my case

uninstall all the 4game components, del the launcher you had downloaded at first and every single file it dled, then download again the 4game launcher, run it. et voilà , it's working. i know it doesnt make sense at all, but give it a try

those who reinstalled did you reinstal launcher and game or just the launcher?

in case just the launcher how did you do that? when i try to reinstall it install both again...

innova community , can you do normal client with patch ? like ncsoft ?

 

when i try that all the game starts downloading from the begining..

 

innova wants to make not user friendly environment ;}

 

the client is now unavailable to be downloaded. we are aware of the problem and now are fixing it.

 

if it doesnt work great keep in mind its pts.
btw the error seems to be quite normal i have it too.

same here, uninstalling/reinstalling launcher restarts the whole download. think i'm gonna grab a rope and hang myself

 

my launcher actually instaled fine and downloaded and instaled the game, but now when i click on play button it starts some kind of console window (too fast to see what it is) after that i see quick progress bar and nothing happens after that. if i try to run game using l2.exe located in system folder client actually starts but frost complain about being unable to update itself (i think so, but its in russian so i can be wrong) and crashing the whole game. i tried reinstalling 4game launcher, making "repair" and even i tried to update frost manualy by launching frostupdater.exe located in frost folder but it didn't help at all.
