Payed 20€ got nothing.

i've payed 20€ throught paypal and got 0 cash on my account but you took my money, wtf is this ?

pd: dunno what's the proper section to post this.

 

paypal transactions take more time then credit card ones

 

i don't think that's the issue, imma wait few more mins but they already took my money and i got no cash on my acc.

i have same problem, paid around 20 euro 2 days ago and now after the maintenance it shows i got 0, wtf ??

 

if you paid 2 days ago maybe you paid for the russian servers like they said would happen ^^

i just paid 3e few minutes ago to try and see if it works and it showed with a small delay (30-40s) on website balance.

 

i made my payment today and obviously to eu. 30mins passed and nothing.

 

same problem here, paid via paypal 5.13 eur just to buy vit pots to test them, no money on acc web / ingame

 

i've dony my payment througth credit card and was instant. 20€ at acc

yesterday was too late

 

they said that support will be down for up to 24h and all tickets created there will be answered later. on the other hand, there was no annoucements that payments are working correctly and that ( https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=1711 ) might be still valid. it should be disabled on website then, but still.

 

worked instantly with credit card, please give back my paypal money ))
