Can't link Facebook to 4game

hey, i have problem with connecting my facebook account to 4game lineage2 account.
when i'm logged in, in settings the facebook button does not work.
when i am logged out and click connect with facebook icon at top-right corner it says "theres arledy an account with this mail, please enter password bla bla bla", so i did it and got that:

same problem linking existing 4game acc with face doesnt work

the problem is to link to existing 4game account my facebook account. it s just not working when you type login and password still not linked. only way for 10 euro bonus is to make from start account by facebook. in my clan many ppl have the same problem linking to existing 4game account acounts from face is broken. i try in ie and on firefox linking my 4game account in sing-in-options - social network - f connect , than loiging to face in window and thats all.

 

there is an option in sign-in settings too, but u can't press it =='

 

it doesnt really matter even tho some ppl get 10 bonus points. you cannot buy for it.

"you can pay with bonuses for up to 70 % of the cost of any item or service. bonuses are added after buying a certificate , as well as for in-game achievements or victories in competitions."

to buy sth u need to charge your account with real life adensky anyway.

clear your browser cache and cookies, close browser and wait a bit, then try do do it again.
