Cannot buy from shop(prime)

well i have 10 euros, when i am trying to buy something, errorcode:-6

 

i have the same problem

 

you have payed those 10 euros or you just had them on your account ?

 

i've paid for 10e i used. and apparently some of that bonus euro got used too somehow...how does this even work .-.
maybe its not there to be used as such and we do have to charge with money before using that bonus.
like out out a 5e item , you pay 4e and then 1e comes from your bonus ... in that case ... that's pretty ****ty.
