bonus not applying to sumons

hi there

i have a problem i made toi quest non stop and i have ringiiiv whitch increase casting + att speed. and the problem is that bonus is not applied to my sumon. as far as i know bonus of epics and special jevelery is aplied to sumons also. correct me if im wrong but i dont see point having ring on sumoner if sumon doesnt get the bonus
