Elevating priority of process "l2.exe*32"

i have advanced system care 7.1 pro that is better then ccleaner and i installed kaspersky internet security and did full scan (30 min or so) and my pc clean.

 

okay, my issue is officially solved. problem was overheating. intel icore cpus have smth like safety pin. when temperature reaches certain point, cpu automatically underclocks and reduces performance to cool itself. that's why i was getting such huge fps drops. i just started to monitor every sensor in my system and noticed that temperatures under full load are way too high. then i diassembled my laptop, cleaned everything thoroughly and changed thermal compound. this way i have decreased cpu/gpu temperature by ~25c while idleing and at maximum load. now i do not experience fps drops anymore.

i used hwinfo64 and msiafterburner for monitoring sensors while ingame.

another thing about fps drops/ game freeze. for some superfetch service is good but for others is verry bad (especialy for gamers) make huge load on hdd and slows pc performace.
