Screen automatically facing sky

hello,

yesterday i downloaded the game, made a character and logged in. somehow my screen always automatically faces the sky, unless i right click 2 times then it doesn't, but then i can't move around and i can only look forward, i can't move the screen to look behind me or so. tried reinstalling and googling about the problem but can't seem to fix it, any help would be appreciated.

edit: can be closed, fixed. i had a wired 360 xbox controller connected for playing other games, game was expecting me to use that one it seems. unplugged it and solved
