    is it just me or they increased the landing rate of almost all other debuffs except stigma( nerfed badly)+ you can have 4 poison on a mob if 4 different ppl cast it?


    it's very nice indeed but feel sorry for stigma, it doesn't land anymore 100% but more like 50%
