why we dont get update, if its ready for polish server?..

as i once told you. now everyone can see what people are working on our server, with very limited knowledge. situation which is now taking place is not acceptable, because as everyone knows polish version gets the files from us, with a delay of about one month. just compare the activity of polish workers on the server and on our. kamelia community menager in polish server is almost always available and responds to questions here pazak just no comment. innova employs more competent people, or you are lost.

 

well guys, the only thing i can say is that pl community was luckier and they got a version without texture bugs on the places i said about... and we still did not have them fixed... so don't rage please )

 

how we cannot rage in this situation ...
we get uptade like last ....
maybe 4.03 but who knows maybe another delays will be ...

 

if pl are so called getting the same files but different translation, then we shouldn't have the problems... so clearly they have different files.

kinda ****s thought to be the very last to receive this.... hoping for some nice event on launch of the update at least ><

 

the truth is that:

so far we have 3 official delay. aside the fact that the new version should be in january. i'm just surprised that the owners still hold in their company so weak employees. any normal company introduced to some personnel changes because what is happening now is a shame.

 

staff has no control over what korea sends their way. patches, bugs, etc.
situation could be managed a little better though (more transparent, less opaque), to help people understand these delays rather than rage at them... if that is at all possible.

 

in my opinion situation is easy to explain, don't know exactly but seems that each server get an independent update, they just need to translate / test / wait for bug fix from korea, seems that we got the buggest version this time, or at least i wanna believe that

 

letting people to guess sometimes makes them guess the worst better to be upfront about what's going on.

 

they mentioned somewhere that most of the staff members moved to polish project.

thats why probably core is held by few staff members and updates are being more delayed.

on the other hand we're speaking about the server who hadnt had mentoring system working for over a year so the game related support side was never the strong side of innova.

 

pl pts client texture files are exactly the same as eu pts client, and on pl pts i can move on hellbound,
so its probably server side issue, maybe geodata, but well..

 

then they should get more staff that's not from poland :d. i'm sure there's many people to find for this

 

how freaking dumb some of you people must be not being able to understand that?
they gave you an approximate date, told you it could change, informed you how to get updates on the topic.

now they postponed the update by a week, for the better, cause then people would open lots of threads about new bugs.

ohh emm gee stop crying already and think for a second, is it better to use a likely broken condom now or to wait until morning to buy a new pack?

thank you for advices but it's in good hands still.

as it was said miliard times - innova is not a lineage ii developers, just hosting game. there has been found a glitch with textures and await for a patch (we are forced to wait for a fix from korea). still no specified eta.

you will be informed as soon as possible about any changes.

 

so we was told.. anyway as good point in this topic and some other the lack of gms is noticeable, so if as u say innova is host company only who is responsible for the actual way of things?

 

i wasn't referring to innova hiring coders because i know it's koreans who need to fix it. there are other parts where i think innova could use more people (core server wise then).

 

in before same thing happening here, we got skill enchant deleted from 2nd/3rd proff skills at lilith after update...
