nah , he's legit and the trains in loa during the weekends has nothing to do with him and his dear friends . he's totally not setting the program with path points near orfen , aq and so on with priority of hitting the boss with delay 0.1 sec and he is not the one who's defending other obvious bots like wane , the stakato nest botter or ipwn the mos - aceventura and co bots , which are been reported 03214914 times . no , he would never do such a thing , to us , the community , his real family .
if you don't care, why do some get warning and some get straight ban? do you sort them out randomly? or maybe alphabetically?

why are you accusing someone (of course it must be alarion/troy even with no proves yet) when there is actually no need for targeting? you can simply do macro with /target ant queen and once it is spawned you can target it and hit it with quick shot or whatever...

ofc, that every1 is free to write here and you can respond to any post you want, but since gm started this topic and was active here and i quoted him, i'd like to get at least answer from him, not from you, bcos somehow i belive that he might have better knowledge about giving bans and explainig rules than you do... or am i wrong? i'm not saying that your answer is 100% incorrect, i'm saying that you can only assume. since this topic affects many ppl i don't see a point to create ticket when i might get an answer from staff here. so again, mine question to pazak - have you considered how you actually check if some1 keep hitting on purpose while there is a problem with rc (that means server lags)? i'm asking, bcos i don't know if for example some1 fraps will be proof to ban me or some mysterious logs? since troy fraps "proved" that actually it doesn't matter what you see in ur client, it might be diffrent from server logs, i just want some clarification... that also affects getting loot rights - i don't want to kill aq, i just want to make 1st hit to obtain loot leader, if there will be some problem with server - i might get banned, thats an example without sarcasm and it can happen to any player. i mean its very easy to ban some1 who will hit constantly for 20-30 secs - ok rule has been broken, no excuses, but deeper we analyze this problem the more scenarios i can make up which won't be easy to judge.

Ok, here is a question from me. I need clarification on something. Why would you, being a character lvl 99, go and hit AQ first? You will get no drops You will get Raid Cursed Why? To ruin someone else's game?
why would you poison the raid and take away all the fairness and competition-based aspects of the raid with lvl99 toons? because by having around 40-50 more ppl in clan, they automatically ensure that they do more dps and using poison (or respectively any other methode to force general loot) is hilariously easy because hide actually prevents them to get raid cursed on their 99 toons from what i see. now clarify please this pazak. and dont ignore me like on all my other posts.

if you dont start banning every single dagger/feoh/wynn that try to make first hit with snare/poison/death gate they will keep going, hitting the raidboss with main character is not less bannable than abusing looting rights with poison/snare/death gate so sorry but if you will start give banns for such activity, do it right or don't start at all. this is like i kill you with a spoon and i dont go to jail, i kill you with a gun and i go to jail, spoon still killed you didnt it :d
