Disconnecting

hello. i have a problem with disconnecting from server. if i start to play, i will be disconnected about after 30~mins. its disconnecting every time at 30mins interval, i was not playing normally since the server start. what problem it could be? i am not only one having this problem. internet connection is working perfectly.

 

i just got dc once when i just exit goddard gate lmao and it was totally with no reason, my connection was like always.

 

exact the same thins is happening to me 30min after the login. :/

i was absent for few days cause of xmass fever, i will consult right away any problems connected to disconnect issues.
