Mouse Problem

i may give this one a try, but damn.. all this hassle to be able to play normally!

update:

if you disable the user interface with alt+h, the problem seems to be solved. (yet, you cannot play like this)

it also seems like when you hover your cursor over a window, such as skill bar, for example - it also makes the fps drop stop.

still looking for real solution!

have you tried to close mouse's software ?

what is your windows copy?
do you play on laptop or standalone pc ?

did not help me none of these solutions. i'm still freezes when you move the mouse and do not know anymore what to do about it. thus, i can not play. i have a standard pc and windows7

the only solution i found is plugging a 3€ sh1ty mouse.. now my game is smooth but that's hilarious.

 

i still have that problem with cheap 4 pound mouse at 125hz.

the problem doesnt exist for me in pts... seems the client got fukd up on the patch from korea xd

 

to me it does not work with cheap mouse still freezes :-( .. it will somehow solve??

 

same thing with cheap mouse, i even tried uninstalling synaptics touchpad drivers, running it on default ms drivers, no change.
then i disabled it completely to make sure it does not interfere with other mice such as usb ones, no change, it seems that ps/2 touchpad does not interfere at all. i've no idea what else could possibly interfere, my system is clean and runs basic apps, no background daemons.

 

i've had the exact same problem when naia got updated to valiance. back then i've bought a cheap mouse to find a temporary solution what makes gaming at least possible.

it didn't work.

there are quite a few threads already about the same problem, so it seems like it isn't only a few ppl concerned about it. it isn't an annoying bug or a minor, pissing glitch. it is a major issue which makes the game close to unplayable/unenjoyable.

i'm waiting for innova's response.

i've waited couple of days now and i've got no response to my support ticket so far, that saddens me.
i've tried test-signed driers with lower polling rate but then frost won't allow it.

i've read that ncwest staff asked the developers for a fix and apparently they haven't received it yet, months later. innova staff just won't tell us that in our faces, it's like the problem never existed.

 

... still looking for a responsible answer from the support team. will we ever be able to enjoy the game using our favorite hardware and peripherals?

 

i have the same problem with my mouse. looks like game window go to secondary plane and mouse working in other window. the solve are in a fixed client update not in a new mouses or change your mouse drivers, we are players not a software developers, we pay for play and innova stuff must solve the problems because they win money for it.

 

right, but they said quite a lot of times, they do not make the game, they host it. ncsoft is responsible for the code.
however there was no official response from innova, i had to learn about the problem roots from ncwest forums and lilith forums. does innova care?

i've got information from gm team that in order to fix the problem you should change "mouse refresh ration" (mouse polling rate) to 125 hz. it should have helped.

first of all we know about this since first page, it doesnt work... still fps lags exist.

 

i changed the polling rate just as the first and did not work and i think i wrote here that i tried many possible solutions but which does not help

we understand the problem and we are currently communicating with ncsoft, because only they can fix it to the core. for now we can offer you changing mouse polling ratio to 125 hz, which helps in some cases, or using another mouse as a last resort. from our side we can support the community (meaning, you ) with on- and off-game online events and hope you will like it.

since only ncsoft can help on this i suppose we only have to wait.now if i say i am happy for the events and ty will the rest of community start yelling me? i just wish dont take ages since they are slowpokes.

now something else i wanted to ask.i got razer deathadder and i was using it without its drivers for more than 2 years having no problem at all.it was moving fast had fast response etc.now with this problem that came up with the update and with most of mice cause problem in game i download the drivers and razer program thinking i might fix it according to the proposals many of you said.but it didnt got fixed plus it start losing its response when i move it too fast.when i removed the program its response got fixed but ofc the in game problem still exist.anyone can help with this maybe?
