Itens bought for steel coin before update cant be returned.

wasn't it easier to fix the thing ingame so ppl can exchange those items themselves instead of contacting support(there will be a lot of requests)? or this falls under the category of "only koreans can modify files"?

changing what the npc's do inside the game is indeed a client modification and therefore only able to be done from the developers side.

 

then they should just input npc with previous update html when that change was possible. they should remember that we are not getting updates every week like they do

 

again that is a korean decision not ours, nothing we can do, we can only host what they provide us to host.

as the announcement earlier has now been applied i will close this thread.
