Can't login

i decided to start playing again after a long time but after i press the play button frost gets stuck.i tried check4game as you proposed to other players and found out i'm missing some game files
file is not found | system\frostupdater.dll
file is not found | system\gameshielddll.dll
file is not found | system\frost.ico

after i repaired the client i get the same error regarding missing files! i've been trying to solve this alone for over a week and i'm on the verge of totally quitting.

i've read somewhere around that in order to fix frost you've gotta delete some of its files from lineage ii eu\frost\ folder and let it update itself, ask for advice on that.
i'm sure that removing those files before you update the game might help:
lineage ii eu\updater.cache.data
lineage ii eu\frost\updater.cache.data

look it up.

 

already tried that but my issue isn't solved.game still freezes at "frost loading..."
