weapons enchantment

i managed to make time to check out the server and i noticed something very weird... some a grade weapon +++ 10 or more that oki, but in goddard ive noticed some s grade weapon +++10 or more so there are some questions:
1. can u donate for something that help in a away the succes rate of enchants?
2. maybe there is a quest/spoil area for unlimited enchants.
3. maybe they are uber lucky ( low chance, they are to many)
4. perhaps the enchant rate is higher than usuall.
no flaming. if u wanna answer the thread ty, if u just wanna spam like a ****** dont bother answering.

 

the thing you see are not enchants, it's augmentations (they look more like over enchanted weapons in this chronicle).

oh and this isn't a random private server so stop using the term "donate".

 

there is no overenchant weapons there is just a new glow abtain from life stones
i was thinking like you and i ask a guy who had those weapons he link it to me and it was +0
so don't worry he told me it's random when you put a standard life stone on your weapon

 

1. yes, you can. you can obtain +7% enchance chance for item enchants upto +10.
2. yes, there are.
3. yes, you can be lucky if you believe hard enough in yourself.
4. no, enchant rate is same forumula as in any other official. its 68.1036%.

 

s gr weps are in shop, so enchating em is not a problem.

 

but u can send euro for some items to increase enchant rate, tell u what its called donating (dont think that i hate donators or i am against the ideea, i agree the server needs help with $ and not all people have free time to play). ty for the answers guys
