i was one of those some ppl and i don't regret saying it. the server have to work. so far our server is doing it the best way, without making things impossible for people who don't use their credit cards for game. so i am happy with w/e as long as it is not so heavy and untradeable...

frament is normal weapon.... you need claws for mid quality. just go to npc and check by urself...
i agree that server is made to making a profit - thats normal, but refusing to admit we have some sort of p2w system breaks my heart . so far, average 99lvl player (lets say from factor side) - must have talisman (cost around ~70-100e) and rose buff @ mass events. of course you can get them with adena, but instead of spending adena on items that are obtainable in game, you have to spend adena for items that come directly and only from l2store. ppl made 99 levels so income from runes/nevits get lowered and i'm pretty sure that we won't stop on rose buffs, smth new will come up - which is understable, but still its gonna be p2w or at least pay 2 not get behind...

 

then go work macdonalds for 2days and go l2store. it will be better/faster than 1month ig farming.

 

i told you again this fragment is normal weapon if you calculate the price:
1 euro = 15 milion
100 euro = 1,5 bilion

exp: r99 2nd sa for gem r need 6,5 bilion

for this i say is joke is very low price.
