Nothing stops you from creating a new character after a ban, the ban is on account, not on a particular person.

You didn't see his archer then. If you have someone pulling mobs which you take down in 2 AOE, on a top spot, it is an extremely easy exalted

he has eneas and snotra to do that for him. Why would he play his archer to do that lul
And in GC archer can kill quite fine.

 

I meant GC, Atelia 10k is doable in around 8 hours, at least thats how long it took me to do it

So u are killing 40-60k mobs in atelia in 8 hours? which means 5k mobs atleast per hour, which means 500 mobs every 6 Minutes, or in other words 83 mobs per minute ? I might be wrong here, but afaik atelia 10k mobs every 5-6th mob only give quest item

If you are the only person in a party with the quest, you get it from almost every mob.
