My dear Pony, he does switch the bars, it takes no time to press alt+f..., I watched his stream couple of times, while he was pvp'ing, you can believe or not
I use to do exactly the same in olympiad, but instead of pots, I use talismans

 

It takes virtually no time to use skills by typing /useskill <name of skill> also so I totally believed him. It does take some skill to not use flare when someone is making big circle around you while you're afk, but use it straight after he enter the range of the skill . And dear friend, you know I'd never be ironic, I'm little pony I believe everyone!
