description: serious lag (some 10-15 sec freezes !!!), sometimes disconnect (very rare). pinging to core show some packets loss. if i proxy/tunnel my l2 client through a machine hosted in microsoft azure cloud (western europe) i have no issues at all (at the exact same moment). for me that's means there is something wrong on the route from my isp to core (defective device or saturation somewhere).

After many disconnects I managed to create a character but I still get disconnecting from the server no matter what I tried. I even tried to close my antivirus (bitdefender)

PS. I am pretty sure this has something to do with frost. I tried scanning for viruses and malwares and close every resident program I could close but still get disconnected. I even run check4game.2.0.2 for errors. It couldn't find any :/

Edit: I solved this with the help of support. It must have been bitdefender's fault

For all from spain who suffer lags you have to call your ISP and tell them about it. Its a problem with the ISP. Generally its due to a overcharged node or maybe you need another trace. This only can be fixed by your ISP, so call them and enjoy.
They will ask you about the IPs. For this you need Innova's IP. So open a support ticket and ask Innova for it.

Description: all animation, targeting, use of skills in my client stops for a few seconds at a time.

Needless to say i won't be buying anything until you provide good server again. 15% packet loss lmao, how am i supposed to play?!?! I lost a lot of premium account + rune time for this.

I see this thread has many other german players report about this problem. How long until you help us?

description: i got lags, at mornings its less lags but at evening it is horrible, i have 5-6 second lags everytime. i can forget about pvp cause when i go into ppl zerg my char is stuck, sometimes i see people around me are fighting normal but i can't move and can't do nothing. I sometimes have a lag up to 1 min before everything keeps going .... I dont have any problem on Ncwest... its not my hardware...

description: Was in kartia PT, atleast 2 poeople out of 3 members got DC. for about 5 minutes, while attempting to log in, it either said "account in use", or after selelecting server, no connection happened. after about 5-6 times of relaunching the game, cycling through "account in use" and nothing happening, i could log in again.
