    type: Freezes and delays every 5-10 sec for 2-5 seconds
    timeframes: all the time since few days ago
    when: as above
    frequency: every 5-10 sec
    country: Poland
    isp: Vectra
    I only have this problem on L2, i play many other games like cs:go, bf4, witcher 3, so its probably not my hardware ​
