Annoying problem while downloading/installing..

hey there guys..i`ll try not to waste your time with my blah blah-ing soo i`ll just get straight to the point..well..yesterday while i was downloading the client via 4game ofc,the download speed was acceptable even if on ncsoft was like 4mb/s here it was like 300-400 kbs but ok i can live with that..but no it is even more annoying..this morning when i checked the download speed was really lame..i`m like out of words..and i can`t wait to play the game..please guys if any of you have any ideea please post something in here...soo..there you go with a pic as proof of the lameness..

 

yesterday i was downloading client, with speed all was ok.
one guy was have same problem, he was try to update ncwest client

 

umm well yesterday it was pretty decent but now..1-20 kbs or lower..maybe it is from their the download servers..

 

stuck on 100mb it is pretty painful

 

almost 200 mb...but 1100 left to go..what a nightmare..

i have few question:
1) the speed drops or just low?
2) do this situation present when you restart internet connection. (vpn, router)
3) what is the speed of the connection to frankfurt (de)? you can tested on http://speedtest.net/
4) do you use a proxy?
5) at what time the problem occur?
