NCSOFT will open a classic server

you people surely like using the "hardcore" term.

gosh, grinding =/= hard.

it's more about dedication than difficulty.

 

it's not about grinding even though to be dedicated to something for so long would make you hardcore to the cause, but for me lineage 2 classic is hardcore because of the pvp rule sets and the fact if you do die to mobs you lose a lot of exp and drop items, dropping of items is what really makes it hardcore to me. things you work so long for could be lost at anytime if you screw up or if you go red and you don't have a clan / party that will help you farm off that **** ggnore!!! hardcore in lineage 2 is dedication + the pvp rule sets.

 

if u have enemies means u are in war with them so u will only lose 2.5% and if u go to ch u can recover 50% so it will be only 1.25% :thumbsup:

 

droppings items when dieing / killed is a must. it made pvp worthy and fun. also having played retail epilouge when i was 11 (2004) i am a little worried about the adena rate. killing a keltir and getting 3 adena vs 13 makes a huge difference. i dont really mind the exp rates. i could care less how slow those are. i know hunting pve with soulshot is a luxury. but there is no way the dwarves are going to be making any money by selling soulshot. just my 2 cents

three l2 classic servers in korea are going to have mergers on april 22 due to low population.

from many players only few "chosen ones" stay enough to claim they're destiny!! three servers alliances merge in one server who shall dominate and become number one ,stay tune on next week competition !! :d

 

strictly speaking, hardcore =/= hard

hardcore is the term you would use for dedication.

 

yes that's correct they have 5 servers first two are with heavy population one with medium and last two with low ,
they will have 3 high up keep - l2 classic is not dying it is just about chronicle and ofc community on server ,

best fun chronicles are c3 c4 c5 so when server will reach those you can expect a lot of players hitting the servers ,

c1 is beautiful and nice and it's mostly like a settlers mode building and explore and preparing for c2 - war and castle sieges , in c2 - you can expect loa times ( to be honest one of the best moment in l2 for me ) than in c3 you will expect aden region , hunt for bosses , fotres battles doom knigts ( stun and crit dmg hits very idiotic mob :d) , blazing swamps ( gangs ) , and of course famous toi tower of insolence with baium place where agrade materials will be spoiled and dropped and later on subclasses , famous anakim and lilith anoucement and catacombs farm for ancient adena

c4 times - big update with heroes ( one of the decision pvp role of status and boost for clan , ally , cp ever in l2 )
varka, ketra ( also nice times , to get s grade items quest, ) goddart and rune castle, 3rd class quests up to 80 lvl max , and famous valakas and forgo of god with hotsprings , what to say all those times in c3 c4 were just epic and who didn't play them lost a lot from good old lineage 2 how it was and what we can see and touch again .

 

oh man stop it please , im feeling nostalgic and at the same time i can't wait for classic anymore :cry:

you're right they didn't get that yet but there is annoucement chronicle 2.5 part - see the link bellow

without toi and a grade items , there are more places , oforest was in c1 btw, fg ( seal of shilen ) , bs, land of masacre, cemetery , forest of mirrors, devasted castle , ancient battlegrounds ( without toi )

still missing heine location ( which was part of c2 , and toi was also part of c2 - so this looks like we will be awaiting a lot of changes still till korean will get full c3 ) and i forgot to add there are no catacombs working atm . they are smart and adding piece by piece in to the game - more funn and more enjoyable for peopel than to get whole chornicle at once , feedback from some official korean forums

 

i just want to get back into cruma again. ohh god the fun i had in that wonderful place. i remember having one of our guild elven elders join a active party lf healer, party recalled them all, and we took the room. it was epic ^_^.

 

even if i think that 15k will be somewhat hard to achieve, if we as a community don't manage to get 15k votes than we don't deserve l2c. i hope to get even more than 15k so innova won't have any other excuse.

and where you want to reg ? the registration site still not finished and end of april they will say yes or no.....less then 1 month.

 

ofcourse it will be adjusted - the end date for registration . andi think 2-3 weeks should be enough it will be like a cancer when it will be released out ( info about registration - all private servers forums will be touched with this info )

i hope it will be p2p and hardcore enough so immature core community will be gone after few weeks.
