Me pj not found!

where is my character?

long ago i stopped playing by subject studies and now that summer comes back my character wanted. i decided to logging of my character and was not on my mind (there is 0 in characters account), is that there is something strange there, i never have banned it, i have not tradeado with anyone and certainly not removed it. i sent a suport make about 5 days and they sent you could complete a survey (to put it in some way) and filled out and sent them and since then i have no response from administrators. i wish someone would tell me to do, to know what happened; i dont like up another from 0.

i guess if you contacted the support already bump the ticket again.
the forum staff claim they can't deal with such problems publicly in the forums.

 

i keep trying to find an answer / solution through support tickets, however i wrote a post here in case any of you ever gone to something similar.

have patience and keep looking at your ticket 9102-igjn-0441. do not alter your account in-game in any way until innova investigates it, that's just a safety tip.
