Allmighty championship: Cross-server olympiad

i wish to participate , but summer is summer and have some plans to do so i am not able to play qq, but the rest good players from core gl take that 1 place.

 

tournament bracket​

cross-server olympiad tournament bracket is published (http://amchampionship.ru/images/css/table_rang_s_season_6_eng.jpg).

competition will be held similar to the last season of team tournament. participants will fight in groups of 4 players and earn higher ranks. playoff stage will start from rank r with double elimination system.

during group stages (starting from non-ranked to s rank) different tournament system will now be used. to avoid possible situations when three participants gain even amount of points all fights in gorups will now be held using double elimination system. the winners of each group will be two players, that have won in upper and lower brackets. example of double elimination group match is available here (http://amchampionship.ru/images/group_de_eng.png).

the first cross-server olympiad will identify only 3 winners, regardless of character classes. this means that all winners might be of one class.

we would also like to draw your attention to the rules of event. cross-server olympiad is a new type of tournament and we strongly recommend to read through rules (http://l2.amchampionship.com/cups/cso-season-1/view/rules) carefully. many ingame moments that were allowed during team competition are prohibited in cso and will lead to penalty points. one of the most important change is that participants will now have to enter the results of their matches personally on website during all event. please keep in mind that only strict abidance of tournament rules by the participants will let organizers to held the tournament without unschedulded delays. with the fewest number of disqualifications and with pleasure to the participants and competition viewers.

can you explain us how the check-in will look like?

 

at the day of the check in you should camp http://l2.amchampionship.com/cups/cso-season-1/view
at the moment when this line: check-in time (utc+4): 27/06/2014, 23:59(left until check-in: 1 day, 8 hours, 58 minutes и 17 seconds) went to 0 day, 0 hours, 00 minutes and 00 seconds you should check in (i think there was a button for it, but i suppose the guys who already participate can help here). you should be really fast, because the interest of the event is really high and so far there are 890 registered players and the slots are only 256.
please the experienced players, who already participated before to assist in more details as where exact the check in button is.

- stone of destiny item and scroll of afterlife item are available in warehouse.

- medal of glory item that are available in quest items can be traded to fame and then to fame talismans using scipio npc.

- circlets of dion, oren and giran are added. tournament clans will own these castles.

- the amount of immortal scrolls is set to 1000.

- the amount of knight`s epaulettes item is set to 100000.

- we have added 3 types of weapons wizard`s tear weapon tears of wizard [acumen], deadman`s glory weapon [health] and kaim vanul`s bones weapon [mana up]. each of them will have 6 augmentations: refresh, hp restore, active reflect, active resist reflect, warp and dash.

tournament server ken rahuel is up! the server is available on pts2.

how to enter pts2?​

1) follow the link: https://ru.4game.com/bookmarklets.html
2) add the link "4g: change game environment" to your bookmarks
3) go to the game page, activate the bookmark and you'll see a window in the left upper corner with the help of which you can change the environments. please click "pts2", check the destination folder and log into the test server. in the game panel you'll see which environment is active now. you can switch the environment back by choosing "live".

please make sure to log on pts2. if you are seeing "core" on the list of available servers, this means that you are still on "live". if you done everything right then you should see ken rahuel server available.

[cso] training period​

today we start a training period for the participants. all-day olympiad is activated on the server. you may register for the fight using olympiad manager. guide on how to access tournament server is available upper.

participants may prepare their characters themselves. in order to receive 4th class you will have to use two-seided portal available in the waiting room. this portal will lead you to the ruins of ye sagira.

nb! after class change and receiving race skills participants should immidiately return to the waiting room using the same portal. all participants that will return to village from ruins of ye sagira will be disqualified from the tournament.

training time: daily, 26th june - 2nd july (including), 3 p.m to 8 p.m gmt+0.

portal to the ruins of ye sagira will be available 26-28th june from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m gmt+0. during the same time you will be able to join clans.

in order to join tournament clan you should find mightyb, fars or amstor in waiting room and stand near them.

if you will loose all olympiad points, sit on trade and gms will give you the points.

on 3rd july server will be wiped and all participants will have to create their characters again.

maybe stupid question (atm downloading the game) how can i switch back form pts2 to core?

it was written on my previous post as well you can switch the environment back by choosing "live". :d i am glad you managed to fix it though

 

all go sign and try to check in, even if you woun;t play!!! at least u will win, like me, just by wasting space... dat's = blocking russians!!! xd

anyway next fail of innova, olympiad had to be 24/7 but it's over at 23:40 :d and the other thing, we cannot take noblesses from cat, cos he's gone as well with gm's

 

the tournament is suppose to be fun. killing others chances only because they are other nationality is low. if you participate and check in, play. there for sure are some people who would have fun in your place instead of wasting their chance of that just because you wanted to show how "evil" you can be...

innova, 4 game and goharu are partners of this tournament, organizers are allmighty team. i read while i was on pts2 yesterday that the cat will be back tomorrow (today). about the end of olympiad at 23:40 when i have more information i will post it here.

apparently there was a problem, or it would be there, wouldn't it? i am sure it will be fixed asap. don't panic so much, it was first training day, it is normal to have some problems, it will be up till july 2-nd you all should be more worried about the check in part since the participants so far are over 1000

check-in for cross-server olympiad will start today, 27th june at 7.59 p.m. only 256 participants will be able to proceed for the tournament.

in order to go through check-in you should go to tournament general information page (http://l2.amchampionship.com/cups/cso-season-1/view) and at the time when check-in starts hit the confirmation link on the same place where button "you are now registered" is now located. if everything is done right you will see a green tick near your login on participants page (http://l2.amchampionship.com/cups/cso-season-1/view/participants). this will mean that you are now fully registered for competition.

will we now againt who we will be fighting long before the fight or it will be done by randomly choosing 2 pairs from group?

they will announce the groups that will play for the day... so you should be aware with who you will play in advance. if you ment something else, please announce me.

 

i will make it more straight:

before the match starts, i will know who i will fight or not? it will be premade match or it will be like normal olympiad - you know enemy's nickname only when you get ported in?

 

from the rules: 1.2 during tournament matches each participant must keep up with the alliance chat in game. organizers will clarify the readiness of opponents for battle in alliance chat.
as you will be in the same alliance most likely you will know the name of the opponent before you're ported in, however i m not entirely sure about that. i will ask and come back to you with an answer.
