rules should be simple like that if innova detect bots to enter :
advertise 1
- perma ban for clan leader
- 3 days ban for all clan
advertise 2
- perma ban for clan leader
- 15 days ban for all clan
advertise 3
- perma ban for clan leader
- 30 days ban for all clan

it will give more responsibilities to clan leaders to do not use that bot2play

 

no no, you misunderstand trigger - we can discuss them as we are doing now but we can not post links to their sites, links to sites promoting them, links to sites giving instructions, name drop them, post videos of how to use them, post instructions of how to use them etc on the public boards. a general discussion as we have been having is perfectly fine. and if staff ask via a support ticket for you to provide links etc that is also fine as long as it is done in private via the ticket as it reduces the risk of it becoming more public.

 

totisnotkind, that's bad idea about banning clan leader, someone would do sabotage to ban enemie clan leader.

the solution is to ban pernamently the machines (hardware ip, not net ip), so the bots won't be able to play on their computer, and i doubt someone will be able to afford to buy new pc every ban :d

 

so much hypocrisy in one single thread, sad...

 

if we would do that, maybe the situation could be chaotic for a moment, but solution would appear faster,
much more informations would be available for the staff about these programs,
and not like now when there is at least one that works for months and no solutions for it, just people get disappointed.

 

i can come up with a new "machine ip" every second if you want. unless you're talking about a hardware hard fingerprint, it's half useless nonetheless. but fear is a great motivator. get at least half the bots banned and you'll see them reduced by 90% or more. of course, that means perma ban on main accounts aswell.

 

clan leader will give cc leader to trustfull ppl or himself. and if ppl got ban, they will choice more legits clan and then the real l2 can start again.

 

i would like to start on l2eu core but after i read about bots and p2win... i don't want to do this :d . another sinking title.

 

if you wish to play on any official server, this is as good as it gets.

 

only thing that will appear faster is an increase in the number of bots...which is the opposite of what you want with this "riot" of yours so no it will not happen, do you realize how hypocritical your suggestion sounds?

"we don't want bots but we want to post everything related to how to use them on the public boards for all to see and start using with minimal effort for them....come on, you are all just being silly now.

 

i agree that something must be done with the bots and 3rd programms if someone uses, but why all these now? bots problem started much time ago, more than the last 2 months that lempartus as he said starting complaining. pets from qa werent port out after qa spwn but i dont remember any of bs saying anything about that. when npc server was crashing at orfen by summoning pets and after that, locked instances getting unlocked(trasken) and people getting inside guess what, noone of bs had a problem with that. why all these now? one day lemp waked up and said "enough we must do something to clear the server from cheaters" or "enough we cant let ba-rg take all the drops, we must think something" ?

 

trigger is right. with a increase of bot usage, there will be incautious people using it and deliverying information required to reinforce the automatic tool to ban it on sight.

1 time i drop zariche but because that day was because sklav (wyn bot) and some other bot can not remember the name, and you want to waste my time doing in you work which i payment! looking at the photo pulling nick taking scren location date time ... do not **** with me!

 

frost doesn't work for **** . how come i got 4 bot programs on my hard device and this great program that is supposed to "seek and destroy" never got me any trouble ?
infact i'd just close it next time i log cuz it's bugging my browsers . and when you ask why did you close it - the answer would be clear - cuz it's not doing anything else than bugging ppl's internet browsers .
lol bot prevention lol . if u quit the subscription for this pathetic program which is also against eu internet privacy laws and hire just 1 (one) person to activly monitor bot and rmt activities you will have tons more happy customers than now with this amazing russian invention called frost . it's so cold it freezed the ****ing smile on my face .

 

instead of putting your finger on things that you are too clueless to understand, why don't you just zip the folder of the bot you are using and send it to the staff? after all, pretty much every serious player on this server knows that you are using 3rd party software. not to mention the thousands of euros spent on buying adena, but i guess that's totally legit.

its frost problem not korean side, and as far as i know frost is developed by innova.
