why? she is doing a good job. maybe too strict and too much in love with forum rules but active, objective and tbh forum was a little messy when she was inactive.

but i think we all expect answers from innova staff and not forum moderators.

well, the basic answers to everything i have given, as they are things that can be found at a quick search around the forum and are things that people have known since the beginning of core and it is part of our job to relay information from innova staff to yourselves. that does not mean in any way though that other staff members will not respond here too.

again there is nothing there saying that he should buy any bot, he is asking for a link to the assumed botting program so it can be investigated and that he will not punish him for sending the link to this software to the support team.

bots are on every good spot now. and if we add bots to p2w events/l2 store boxes we can have nice empty server with bots and 20 ppl on oly.

 

in order to give them link or something to it, he would need to buy 1 month subscription, in other words, buy a bot.

but we want a real answer about this issues , we start with few bot , now every day we have more bots and more , now programs for enter instances , if we let it in few months all server will be full of bots/programs and then will be too late and you can say bb.
we waste our money for this game and the support , so we want a real answer and if we will get any solution

people are asking here the problems because these things care the whole community and they want to see that what innova want to do with this. if you write a ticket, only you see it, and always get the same aswer "thank you for your report, we will check it". it's 0.
i don't think that it's soo hard to gm's (if you say cm can't do nothing) to write sometimes about their opinion on this forum.
and it would be good to know that what is the method about bug fixing in korea for us, because we have a lot of half/ year old bugs. it seems that we are 234. ranking community to them.

gm staff was, is and will be helpless. instead of giving us "pa was pointless untill now" they shoud do "gm staff was pointless untill now" and supply as with l2store tickets to gm staff for euros ^^
in the past i did many bot reports to gms but it was really a pain to report any. not only the nicknames of violators, the fraps and uploading the file but other obstacles in reporting bots. the shame is they only punished them with 1/3/7-d bans.
but it was effective. it at least showed that something was done.
1-2 months ago i was scammed, unauthorised access to my account, and i did not receive my goods back due to so called "technical reasons".
