and how can i restore my friendlist?

 

what with mails in game? cuz i forgot about my mails sent on others chars and now i don't see on char/wh adena and items that was in this mail
i asked friends they don't have too mails
please check this and transfer mails too

 

hello, everyone!

after making a brief analisys of what kind of problems we are facing after the transfer, we have identified several burning issues.

1) "i am missing premium subscription days after the transfer."

due to technical reasons some users did not receive as much pa days on core as they had on lilith before the transfer. we asure you that this issue will be solved as soon as possible. we have all the data we need to return you the pa days that you are missing as soon as possible. your patience is much appreciated.

2) "my character is missing"

this issue is still under investigation. if you are facing it, please contact support service. we are doing everything we can to solve it. eta: 48 hours.

3) "my clan is disbanded"

unfortunately, it was impossible to transfer clans in one piece. all clan leaders from lilith should still have control over their clans, but with no nembers on them.

 

how many account/characters have been transferred ?

 

and what about heros?

 

and what about mails?

 

and what about allys?

 

and what about adena for lost clan hall? it was supposed to be refund:

pa transfer is complete, now players have all premium subscription days they had before transfer from lilith.

 

what about mails? noone who had mails on lilith don't have on core
transfer mails from lilith to core

 

any progress with missing characters problems?

still cant see my lilith characters on core character select screen - empty section (i can just create character)
just remind my chcaracters are(were(!?)):
- karuzel 94lv - bishop;
- prawdziwek - 1lv dwarf (<- heck this one don't hurt even a fly in game)
or... sholud i'll be more patient?

there are lots of tickets so for the nearest days time for tickets processing may be extended. your patience is much appreciated

all mails are missing cuz asked friends they don't have too
on lilith wasn't information about mails disappear after merge or smth
i contacted with support but wrote there cuz this is important for all no one person and should be checked

 

what about olympiad points?
everyone from lilith got 0 points and 0 fights done. new points will be earnd in monday. so that weekend we cant participate at olympiad ?

you won't be able to participate in olympiad this month ;p

 

i'm heartly sorry to tell you this, but during transfer process it occured that it's impossible to transfer olympiad points. so the only option left is to prepare yourselves for the next oly on core. may the force be with you!
